About Our Fruna Sweets

Fruna has been making Chilean sweets since 1961, and Tableton is the one it is known for — a big bag of crispy cookies covered in chocolate, called in Chile el mejor error de Fruna, the best mistake Fruna ever made. Alfajor Panchito is the other one people come for: the alfajor filled with manjar and coated in chocolate, in a bag of ten or a box of twenty.

Most of the rest is cookies rather than candy. Carioca is the chocolate sandwich cookie with a vanilla creme filling; Serranita is the same idea with lemon creme instead. Cubanito is the marshmallow stick under chocolate, Torta Selva Negra the individually wrapped snack cakes with cream and raspberry, and Eucaliptus the eucalyptus gummies in individual 45 g packets.
