About Our Maggi Products

Maggi's Chilean line is built around the dishes people actually cook at home. Base Cazuela is the seasoning base for Chile's stew of meat, corn, potato and pumpkin — dissolve it, add your protein and vegetables, and simmer. Base Pescado Frito is the seasoned batter for fried fish: mix with water, coat the fillets, fry. Each 85 g pouch makes up to five servings.

The Crema de Choclo and Crema de Espárragos packets are the quick lunch every Chilean household has made on a cold day — the asparagus one is flavoured with asparagus, onion and parsley, and makes about two servings. The Caldos Maggi cubes come in beef, rib and vegetable, twelve to a box, and are the ones Chilean recipes assume.
