About Our Chocolate with Nuts & Almonds

Chile's most famous chocolate bar is a nut chocolate. Sahne-Nuss is milk chocolate studded with whole almonds, and it comes here in the classic, the bitter, and the pasas al ron version with rum-soaked raisins. Vizzio is the other side of the same idea — crunchy almonds under milk chocolate, in a 120 g pack.

Costa Rolls come in Crispy and Nuts, both under milk chocolate. Tifany's is roasted peanuts in a crisp chocolate-flavoured shell. And maní confitado is roasted peanuts turned in sugar until each one sets in a hard candy shell — two ingredients, no salt at all, and the bag you buy from a street cart in Chile.

Will the chocolate melt in shipping?
El chocolate puede derretirse durante el transporte, sobre todo cuando hace calor. Nuestra «Garantía contra el derretimiento» cubre los pedidos enviados por servicio exprés o de entrega al día siguiente: si alguno de ellos llega derretido, te lo reembolsamos o lo sustituimos y te lo volvemos a enviar sin coste alguno. El servicio de entrega al día siguiente es el único que incluye bolsas de hielo, por lo que es la opción más segura cuando hace calor. El envío estándar no está cubierto en caso de derretimiento.
¿Con qué rapidez se envían los pedidos?
Los pedidos realizados antes de las 12:00 h (hora del Este) de lunes a viernes suelen enviarse el mismo día desde nuestro almacén de Davie, Florida. El plazo de entrega estándar es de 3 a 5 días laborables, y en la página de pago se ofrecen las opciones de envío urgente y entrega al día siguiente.
